In-house presentation

In order to share research results among employees and connect them to the Integration of technology and Integration of knowledge, and to improve the presentation skills of junior and mid- career employees, we offer a variety of opportunities for presentation.
At the company-wide research presentation meeting, They report the results of their research in front of the president and board members and receive various opinions to use for their own research.
In addition, company-wide poster presentation meetings, analytical technology exchange meetings, and formulation technology exchange meetings are also held.

Training and study abroad

To create new value, it is necessary to be exposed to new knowledge and develop flexible thinking.
In order to nurture researchers with a “global” perspective, we offer overseas study programs (language study and internships) and study abroad (university research).
In addition, we have introduced design thinking training programs to help researchers expand their imagination.

Awards

As part of measures to motivate researchers, we have established various award programs.
Incentives are rewards according to the degree of contribution to the profit of the product being developed (Central Achievement Award) and rewards are provided for patent applications (Invention Award).
